Volunteering is fun, BIG time!
You have the opportunity to help shape a child’s future for the better by empowering them to achieve. And the best part is, it’s actually a lot of fun. You and your Little can share the kinds of activities you already like to do.
Play sports together. Go on a hike. Read books. Eat a pizza with extra anchovies. Or just give some advice and inspiration. Whatever it is you enjoy, odds are you’ll enjoy it even more with your Little—and you’ll be making a life-changing impact.
Community Based Mentoring
Our Community Based Mentoring program matches adult and couple volunteers with children aged 5-17. You meet up once a week to go explore what your community has to offer. Being a Big should not be a financial obligation the staff at BBBS of Northwest Wyoming encourages you to engage in free and low cost activities. A staff member can help you find some in your area!
School Based Mentoring
Our School Based Mentoring program matches elementary aged children with college and high school students. They meet once a week at the Little's elementary school and have fun chatting, eating lunch, and playing at recess all in a supervised environment.
